Hi doctor Recently I had unprotected sex with one of the many Porn stars. As a result of which I developed small bumps on my penis. They are pink in color. Is it just an allergy or a major disease?

It might be an allergy or any disease such as genital herpes. It is not certain as of now as you have not been diagnosed. However, in this case, the chances of genital herpes are quite much as you said you had unprotected sex that too with one of the many Porn stars. As porn stars as we know indulge in intercourse more often and they are always bearing some kind of infection with them. If you have unprotected sex with them then it might hurt you a lot. However, it can also be an allergy. Hence seeing a doctor is recommended highly.
