I am a 38 year-old female, and two nights ago I got a fever,an aching body, and headache. I also feel weak, shaking, and dizzyness. I started to treat myself with a multi-symptom of the flu. It sort of helped. I am still having the aching, shaking, and unable to walk and difficult to uriate. My bladder is full but I can't urinate.- please help me

If you have not passed any urine for a long time and you have symptoms such as discomfort/pain with urgency to void urine but inability to do so, with/without a bloated lower abdomen, it means that you have an acute urinary retention. Please go to the ER for catheterisation to pass the urine.
