A very warm welcome from Doctor Spring.
Dear sir,

Your mother seems to be suffering from overactive bladder and this is pretty common at her age. You should start her on solifenacin 5 mg once daily under the care of your doctor and see how she does.

You should also get baseline ultrasound KUB and postvoid residual urine to rule out any other pathology.
Once the tests are done you can upload the reports.
