I'm black african male, and I smoke about three sticks of cigarette a day. Daytime frequency is not as much as nighttime. And I have not been investigated for urinalysis and ultrasound KUB before.
You should get yourself investigated with urinalysis, ultrasound KUB and urine cytology and then get back to me.
