Regarding the pregnancy, it can be picked up as early as by the end of first week of pregnancy. So it depends on when was your last unprotected intercourse and whether it was close to your ovulation period.
But you're already having light spotting and that rules out pregnancy here.
With a history of irregular periods, and anemia, I will advise you to get a few investigations done, and we can proceed with the management accordingly.
- CBC ( Complete Blooc Count )
- Ultrasound Whole Abdomen
- Thyroid Profile.
Conditions like Hypothyroidism and PCOD needs to be ruled out here.
