i am getting weakness in my body when i am trying to have sex for the second time..
when trying to have sex second time i feel that my m not able to stand properly
and sometimes my legs pains and even i am not able to cum when trying to have sex for the second time
it never happened before
but i am having this problem from past week
when i tried having sex first time it was very good enough
but when i tired again i came to know that i am not able to cum and even i am getting weakness in my body too.
and this has happened to mee about 4 to 5 times
so please doc help mee with this

I have gone through your query in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
Weakness in your body while having sex for the second time ( a hard physical activity) suggests that there is a problem in your body. Most it may be pertaining to some deficiency most commonly Hb deficiency. It causes reduced oxygen carrying capacity of the blood. The same can be confirmed by doing a simple blood test called complete blood count (CBC).
The other causes could be hypocalcemia (reduced calcium), reduced vitamins, reduced Magnesium and a few more.
If you are having a stressful situation in your life, even then your exercise (sex) capacity reduces.
Best is to get a CBC done. Supplement yourself with calcium, magnesium and multivitamins for 15-30 days. Improve your lifestyle by dong regular aerobic exercise, eating healthy food, good sleep, cutting down on alcohol/smoke if any and try to add up 15 min of meditation and yoga to reduce your stress.

Thanks for the follow-up query.
Your sperm count has absolutely nothing to do with your body strength or weakness. Even if you have no sperm production, you will be as active as you should be.
However low sperm count should be treated if you are planning for a baby in future. Initially you need to be evaluated for the reason for the low sperm count. It could be a local cause like varicocele or it could be some systemic causes like mineral deficiency, vitamin deficiency etc.
Regarding your body weakness after having sex, after sex, it is usual for the body muscles to get relaxed and some weakness occurs cause of over exertion. However in your case you have noticed a change from the previous experience and that could be signiificant. As i said, do get a complete blood count test done along with evaluation for thyroid and calcium levels.
Also if required you may have to undergo an echocardiography to look for the ejection fraction. Insufficient cardiac output may present with such symptoms in case of strenuous activity like having sex.

Among multivitamins Cap Eldervit is good with lot many vitamins including B12.
Among calcium pills Calcium Sandoz is a good one and both need to be taken once day.
However in doctor spring we are not allowed to prescribe any medicines and hence I would advice you to discuss this issue and my suggestions with your local doctor who can give you a valid prescription for these drugs.
