White bump like skin tag on anus, chest pain. Diagnosis?

Resolved question:
Hello, I have a bit of a problem. Recently I found a white bump, almost like a skin tag on my anus. Its only periodically uncomfortable, when it is, it feels like it's crusty down there, obviously not though. And I have also been extremely hungry and wake up with what feels like an empty stomach, my stomach always moans, I have the odd sharp pain in my chest.. It's weird.. Your diagnosis?

Hello,
Thank you for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
The Skin tag could be a Sentinel pile due to Fissure in ano or an External haemorrhoid. From the image it looks more like an external haemorrhoid.

You should take plenty of liquids, eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Your stool should be soft.
If there is pain or bleeding while passing stool, you should consult your Surgeon and proceed accordingly. He will remove the skin tag also.
Regarding stomach problem, it looks like Gastritis. I prescribe Proton pump inhibitor like Rabeprazole along with Levosulpiride tablet to my patients with similar complaints.
Avoid spicy food and eat in time.
Avoid carbonated drinks.
Smoking and Alcohol should not be taken.
Hope I answered your query.

If you have any questions, I will clarify further.

Wish you good health.
Regards
