Stomach hurts like swallowed stone on eating anything.

Hi :-)
I've been having difficulties for some time now with digestion. If i eat anything but yogurt (without lactose) my stomach hurts, like i swallowed a stone. For 2 weeks also my belly is tender and at times (when i eat anything other than yogurt) i get severe cramps and slight fever. I get sick but never vomit. My stool is harder than usual, opposite from diarrhea however i go at least 3 - 5 times a day. My belly is soft, i don't notice any unusual lumps nor does any specific point hurt more than other. Most discomfort is always in the stomach area. Naturally i lost weight and feel bit week but i drink a lot (water and camomile tee).

Maybe related: Last year i was diagnosed with many food intolerance so i am taking another test tomorrow just in case it got worse. Any other blood tests i should be doing?
