I am sexually active 27 year old man and have intercourse very often and have never had paid sex in my life. But since past two months i realized and observed some white dots on my penis and under it. Initially I was not bothered but in past three weeks I have found a sudden surge in the density of these white dots and I am pretty worried about it. These dots are like little seeds and some time when I tried to squeeze them a white solid or sometimes a thick white fluid comes out. I don’t feel any pain as such, but I am worried for I am not being able to have sex in past two weeks because I doubt my girlfriend won’t like to see a sick and ugly penis.

I went through your question properly and I can assure you that you must not worry as there is nothing serious in this problem of yours. As you mentioned that these white dots are not painful, they are nothing but some oil trapped under the skin and is very much like whitehead pimples. The first thing you need to do is to clean your penis very nicely and maintain a standard of hygiene. And then also if the problem persist, you can consult a good doctor.
