Resolved question:
I had unprotected sex 3 weeks ago about 15 days before my period. I took the plan b pill less than 24 hours after. I got my period 3 days early. It was fairly normal. A bit lighter than usual the firstccouple days and lasted 9 days. My typical period lasts 5. It ended 6 days ago. Today when i wiped after urinatin, I have a clear vaginal discharge with blood streaks. Should I be concerned?

As such, a few days after a period, mild spotting might occur.
Since you had your period, chances of pregnancy are ruled out.
However, just to rule out a remote pregnancy of a miscarriage or an ectopic pregnancy, just take a pregnancy test.
Apart from that, you have no cause for concern.
