Can neuro carcinogenic syncope or vasovagal occur in an episodic manner such as every 6 months or up to a yr apart? What kind of syncope would be so random?

Yes, neuro cadiogenic syncope or vasovagal syncope can occur at intervals of six months or one year.
The room precipitating factors for syncope include fasting, exhaustion, fear, dehydration, severe pain, etc.
The diagnosis of syncope can be confirmed by doing HUTT test (head up tilt test).

I have already had 2 head up tilt's. Both negative. Valsalva maneuver negative. Could this be a migraine variant without headache pain and no visual disturbances? EKG and ECHO normal. I am positive for classic migraine. When I have these episodes I do not have pain before or after . Does this matter?

Negative HUTT test is a good news and excludes a diagnosis of neuro cardiogenic syncope.
Normal ECG and ECHO rule out a cardiac disease.
Yes, it is possible that these symptoms are migraine variants. In this case, preventive medications may help, if you have frequent episodes.

Does the migraine variant have a name? I have tried many preventatives already. A normal Echo and ekg does not rule out cardiac as if it isn't recorded while it is happening then it can't be diagnosed. That is what an ILP is for. I was trying to find out the name of a migraine variant that would cause a sudden drop in Blood Pressure (no increase in Pulse) without headache pain. Is there such a disorder? What is it called? Where can I find info?

There is no migraine variant where the blood pressure drops.
However, there is a variant called as migrainous vertigo, where the predominant symptoms are dizziness and lightheadedness. Headache may or may not be present. Blood pressure usually does not drop, however, may drop if there is vomiting or poor intake.
