I am suffering from pre maturehair loss for a year or so. I am 24 years of age. I live in bangalore,India and I assume the water could be a possible reason. Please suggest a remedy through which I can regain my hairs.Give me solutions with minimum expenses.

I can understand your concern.

This is male pattern baldness. It is being increasingly seen in young adults. It may be occurring prematurely due to various environmental factors and westernization of our lifestyles.

I would recommend application of minoxidil 5 % lotion twice daily for 3 months to see if there is any hair growth.

Any treatment for it needs to be continued life long. If there is hair growth with it minoxidil needs to be continued life long. Otherwise other options like finasteride tablets or prp treatments can be considered.
