From the information you have provided there seems to be no direct contact between mucous membrane. Contact between intact skin will NOT transfer HIV virus. And yes if there are clothes that will also act as a barrier. Again, normal kissing will almost never transfer HIV virus. So putting all these factors together there seems very less chance that HIV virus has been transferred.
The test you have done could be bit early to give any meaningful result. The rapid test can be done once again after 6 weeks. And again after 12 weeks if that test is negative. A HIV guidance centre or councillor can help you regarding this.
But to conclude the chance that you might have contracted HIV virus is very less. So you need not worry much and you should carry on. It’s always advisable to abstain from professional sex workers in future. Always prefer protected ( by using condom) sex. This will prevent all kinds of STDs too.

No virus can live outside the body. The virus can live only in the body fluids and in blood. It cannot live outside the body or skin, so you cannot get it from skin to skin contact.
If there is an active wound it increases the risk of transmission. But since she was wearing clothes the transmission could not have happened.
That said, I am not completely rule out HIV transmission. There still remains a theoretical possibility. So if you need to be 100% sure testing is the way to go. Other than that for all practical purposes you are safe to go.
