Hello,

Thank you for asking your query at DoctorSpring.

Soy flour does have a high content of estrogen in it. Being a male there are high chance you will tend to develop female secondary sexual characteristics like decreased hair growth in beard, on chest and hands and development of breasts. Definitely such symptoms will be embarrassing for you.

I suggest you to stop consuming soy products any more than taking anti-oestrogens. I suggest you to have food like broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, avocado, nuts, eggs, organic milk products, coffee and tea. Eating these anti-estrogenic foods should lower the level of estrogen in the body.

Avoid having alcohol especially beer, clover and licorice as they have high content sof oestrogen. As you have already consumed large amounts of soy, these will futher aggravate sympyoms or virilization.

Hope this helps. Please feel free to ask follow-up question
