Milky substance inside urethra after sex. Should I worry?

Resolved question:
Recently I had protected sex with a questionable person. It only lasted about a min. Now I'm worried. My urethra when opened has a milky substance inside not thick but not clear. Sort of cloudy. As far as I can tell it hasn't dripped out and there is no pain. Should I be worried? Also the skin on my shaft and scrotum is tacky it seems

Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com.

Dear sir,
Since you had a protected intercourse, an STD is unlikely.
The white discharge within the urethra could be due to a yeast infection, especially if you have any itching or burning in that area. In that case, you can take tablet. Fluconazole 150 mg, once, in consult with your doctor.

If you have history of previous unprotected sexual exposures, it is best to get investigated to rule out sexually transmitted disease. A basic STD screen should be done.
Genital skin tends to be generally moist when compared to the other areas. This does not indicate an infection. However, you should keep the area clean and dry in order to avoid infections.

Let me know if you have any other queries.
Take care.
Sincerely,
Dr Rajiv Goel.

So the cloudy substance isn't noticeable anymore. There is some slight discomfort at the opening of my urethra. And it almost appears that the lips of my urethra have a small bruise. About the size of the tip of a pen and is a light purple color. It doesn't hurt to urinate. If anything urination stops the discomfort. But I'm just wondering what this could be and if I should be worried. Thanks for any help you can provide.
I should also add that the condom used may have had a spermicide on it. I'm not positive. But ive never used that before. Could that be causing my discomfort? I would say I'm urinating more often but I have always urinated a lot as it is so I don't know that I could count that as a symptom

Hello,

From your description now it appears that you had probably bruised the area and also got it infected.
You don't need to do anything. Just keep the area clean and your symptoms shall improve over next few days.

Take care

Sorry to keep bothering you. Have still yet to be able to get to the doctor due to work. At this point the hole to my penis is very irritated and sensitive all day. Kind of makes me feel like I need to urinate. But also is very slightly painful. Also the hole seems to be getting stuck together. No noticeable discharge but I can't imagine what's causing it to stick together. This makes it difficult to urinate at the beginning. Until after I start urinating and then it feels better. Do you think this is due to it healing? I can't remember if I mention the condom I used was covered in a spermicide. I've never used that before and I'm wondering if that could be causing all of this. Thanks again for your thoughts.

Dear sir,

It seems that you are experiencing problems secondary to healing process and things should improve.
However, I am worried about the urethral opening getting stuck together. You should see a urologist for the same. Spermicide could have caused it but nevertheless, treatment remains the same, that is you don't need to do anything proactive and symptoms shall settle down by themselves.

Take care.
Sincerely, Rajiv Goel.
