My husband is taking minocycline for a bacterial infection and omeprazole for stomach ulcers. He came down with the flu, and I was wondering if it's safe for him to treat his fever with tyleanol or ibuprofen while taking his other medication?

Hello,
Yes it is safe to take Tylenol or Ibuprofen (but not both together ) with Minocycline and Omeprazole. There are no reported major drug interaction.
(I assume that he does not have any major liver or kidney related illness.)
