Large complex ovarian cyst

Resolved Question:

I had a hysterectomy 18 mths ago , due to adenomyosis and a sharp spiking in ca125 . Now I'm in constant pain with haemorrhagic cysts and one large cyst has septations debris and irregular borders with an enlarged ovary . I have a feeling of pressure and pain 24/24

Should I consent to surgery
