I would recommend you visit your doctor for a prescription for the anti viral medication called valacyclovir. You could also apply Mupirocin cream twice a day for a week.

Thank you for your answer. I was wondering because i know it isn't normal but usually when it is time for my.cycle to start some bumps form but not that many. I will be sure to seek immediate attention.
