Weakness after masturbation

Masturbation does not cause weakness. Hence I would like to know more about your weaknees so that we can find the cause.
1)Do you feel weak or dull the entire day?
2)Do you feel tired if you do any excessive work and if so give me an example?
3)Are you anxious or stressed about something?
4)Are your eating habits fine or is there a decreased food intake?
5)Do you consume alcohol or any other substance on a regular basis?

In case of premature ejaculation, I will suggest an exercise that will help. It is known as the 'pause and squeeze' method.
When you are masturbating and are about to ejaculate, stop the stimulation, and apply pressure at the tip of your penis. When the feeling to ejaculate lessens you can start the stimulation again. Repeat this atleast 10 times before you ejaculate.

We will evaluate the cause of your weakness and will that advise you as to what you can take.

yes doctor, I do feel weak and dull the entire day, there is no reduction in sleep or food intake.. Though I am anxious about my future and studies.. I am quite lean, around 50 kg, height 5'8"...
How can I increase my weight?
I don't feel quite strength in my body.. arms legs..
and when I get an erection.. It is not strong enough..
I don't feel the strength in my body.. be it arms, legs or penis..
What can be done?
many a times it hurts in lower abdomen and near pubic region after masturbation..
Is it normal?

Thanks for the follow-up question.
You have put up three different issues and we will deal with them one after other.
1) The fact that you feel anxious and sad these days with reduced energy and weakness and reduced erectile strength suggest that you could be suffering from depression. That will require a course of antidepressants such as Bupropion for a few weeks.
2) Second issue is about reduced erectile strength. Mostly the weakness is probably due to depression and it will certainly improve with time and treatment. However if it still doesn't improve the best option would be that of Viagra 25 mg 1 hour before sex. Also you may take Cap Tetrafol twice a day for 3 months.
3) The third issue is about the pain in pubic region and lower abdomen after masturbation. Manytimes at the end of masturbation, the testicles are pulled closer to theabdomen leading to mild torsion of testis for a few seconds leading to the pain in lower abdomen and pubic area. It is mostly normal. However if it is very frequent and painful then it needs to be treated. The treatment is surgery where the testis is properly rotated and re-positioned to prevent the torsion coming from masturbation. If it is full reversible and the pain is not much then you need not worry much.

Weight of a person is mostly determind by ones genetics. If both your father and mother are having a low weight then it is likely that your weight may not increase as well.
However if your parents are having a good weight then you need to be investigated for your low weight.
One common cause that I have noted is hyperthyroidism. This can be confirmed with a low TSH level.
Some have problem with neutritional absorption and this manifests initially with anemia. This can be confirmed with measuring hemoglobin levels.
You may take high fat diet and protein rich food. This will help in increasing your weight.
