Hello,

Immediately take an analgesic tablet (painkiller tablet) like paracetamol or diclofenac, this should relieve your pain in most cases. if there is an associated swelling( or severe infection of the tooth) of the area surrounding the tooth, u will also need to take antibiotics such as Amoxycillin 500mg).

Further treatment to be decided by your dentist.

Sometimes a salt water rinse helps.
