Dear sir,

You certainly seem to have gone through a lot over the last few years. It is your obsession which is killing your desire to have intercourse. You need not worry about the libido and desire and permanent damage to the penis. The skin can get hardened and hence the decreased pleasure. However, it also improves your actual act time. Stay calm and indulge into more of sex and you shall be absolutely fine.

You should start yourself on T. Clomipramine 25 mg twice daily under the care of your doctor and also seek an appointment with psychiatrist.

Take care

Sincerely

Thank you.is ther really a possabilty for me to completly repair my skin? And how do i know if i really damaged the superficial nerves? And are they complitly gone or fixable.and last one.is there a way for me to really feel a great orgasm in the future?

Hello,

You can have very good orgasm and this will not affect your sex life. Just make sure you are not damaging the skin any further. If there is diminished touch sensation there is probably some nerve damage superficially. But it is akin to using a condom where there is no direct contact. Still people can have and enjoy oragasm ! Over time the skin can repair and go back to near normal. The extent of repair can vary depending on the individual.

Thank you.so nerves(internal and superficial ones) shouldnt be damaged at all if it did enter the "opening hole" of the penis into the inside of th e shaft.i mean the inside of the body of the penis.sirry about my weird questions but i am fearful.and the skin should return to normal, ime?this is the last question so i wont waste youre time anymore

Even if the cleaning stuff you have used entered there is less likely chance for a permanent nerve damage (superficial or deep). For example if you get a wound, abration or burns in some part of the body, it will still have sense of touch after healing right ? Same is the cases. Even if there is mild damage it won't affect your sex life. You might have a small reduction in superficial sensitivity, but it WILL NOT affect sexual pleasure and oragasm for sure.

Hope this helps

So what was the reason it was hurting my penis.dosent it symbolises damage?and will the fact that i have done it for a little while(4 months but not consistent matters?) And what effect does the skin pilling changes anything?no more questions.willing to pay a little more for answer

Expert:  Dr. Rajiv Goel replied 1 Day.

I am only happy to answer your queries.

Yes the fact that it was hurting your penis could mean it could have caused damage also. But what I am saying is that you if avoid further injury the damage can be reversed. Skin peeling suggests moderate to severe damage. Hope with some time it will heal. Even if the sensation comes back to 60-70% it will be good enough.

Thank you
