Pain in palm, feet after giving birth. Cause?

Doctor,
My wife is 32 years old patientof age
She is having too much pain in the palm and feet .
She is not able to walk sometimes and also not able to lift normal weight items with her hand.
Not able to lift the baby.

This pain has started after she gave birth to a boy baby.
The delivery was c sestion

Initially we felt that the pain is due to calcium deficiency.

Also many years old patienthave been done but the problem is not yet been identified.

I have noted your wife's symptoms. We need to exclude a diagnosis of peripheral neuropathy, where the nerves in hands and legs get affected. This can be done by doing nerve conduction studies.
As of now, medications such as pregabalin capsules can help her get better.
Please also check her vitamin B12 and D levels.

Doctor, the baby was born on 11 jan 14. till now the pain is there. we have done the nerve conduction studies, the results are attached (files 1.jpg to 4.jpg) also doctor, many more tests including b12 have been conducted results have been found normal. The same are attached( files 10.jpg to 18.jpg) can i start giving her pregabalin capsules in the morning and night for 1 month. regards,
