Hello,
Thank you for choosing Doctor Spring.Premature ejaculation is managed with a combination of sexual therapy, medication and behavioral therapy. No medicine as such is found to be effective for premature ejaculation. You and your partner need to get counselled by your GP and cooperate with each other to achieve good results from this therapy.

Sexual therapy involves squeeze technique. In this method after attaining sexual stimulation when you are almost ready to ejaculate, your partner needs to squeeze the penis near the area where head joins with the shaft of penis, until the urge to ejaculate passes away.

Wait for 30 seconds after the squeeze is released and get back to fore play. This can again lead to sexual stimulation and urge to ejaculate, you can ask your partner to squeeze and repeat the process again.

Foreplay is important to achieve erection and for it stay long before ejaculation happens. To control anxiety, if present behavioral therapy would help.

Hope this helps.

What about nocturnal emission? Please suggest if any medicine is required?
I live in Tustin. I'm new here. Can you suggest some doctors who can advise on this therapy?

Can I take low dose of viagra, if it helps to sustain long time of erection?

Nocturnal emission is a normal process. It can happen during puberty or later in life. It is some times associated with sexual thoughts or dreams during sleep, but not always. It does not require any treatment. Some studies show that sexually active men or who masturbate frequently have lesser frequency of nocturnal emissions.
You should consult a urologist for counselling(you and your partner) and demonstration of the squeeze technique for achieving better results.Medications(viagra) have shown to be less/not effective and hence treatment with them is not recommended.

Hope this helps.

So can I conclude this way
1. For nocturnal emission, I need to have frequent masturbation to avoid this.

2. For premature ejaculation, squeeze technique is the only way to achieve long time erection. All the medicine available in market, like viagra/prematureX etc have no impact on this.

Yes, you have understood it right. Nocturnal emission as such does not require any treatment, as it is a natural phenomenon.Coming to premature ejaculation, studies have reported that drugs have shown very less impact or no effect in the treatment of premature ejaculation. Sexual therapy(squeeze technique) and behavioral therapy are useful in managing this condition.
Hope this helps.
