I have seen the attached pics. From the images, it looks like you could be having fungal infection or intertrigo. Excessive sweating, friction due to walking or exercising, being overweight can precipitate it.
Right now I would just advise that you apply antifungal cream mixed with steroid cream ie you can mix clotrimazole cream in fluticasone cream and apply twice daily. If lesions are itchy take tablet levocetirizine once daily. Wear loose cotton clothes. Change your underclothed atleast twice. Avoid wearing synthetic and occlusive clothes. Avoid sweating and friction. Please follow this advise for five days and let me know how much improvement is there. If response would be suboptimal, I will start an oral antifungal too.
