I can understand your concern. You are suffering from throat pain and pain while swallowing. The most likely diagnosis in your case is Acute Pharyngitis/Tonsillitis (infection and inflammation of the throat or tonsils).
In most of the cases, the infection is is viral and there is no need for antibiotics. And this should resolve by itself within a week.
Only if there is fever, with swollen neck nodes and discharge over the throat, antibiotics will be required.
For now, you require the following measures for quick relief.
- Tab. Paracetamol 1000 mg, three times daily, for 5 days to get relief from pain. At the same time, this will reduce inflammation as well.
- You can add an antihistamine like Tab. Levocetrizine 5 mg, once in a night after dinner, for 5 days.
- Acidity / acid reflux can be caused due to these medication so you can start Cap. Omeprazole 20 mg, two times daily, at least 30 minutes before meals, for 5 days.
- You should do warm saline/ Betadine gargle, thrice daily for 5 days.
If case you develop other symptoms like fever etc, you can schedule a consultation with a local ENT specialist for antibiotics.

i'm also having fever, swollen neck and i can also feel some kind of pain fromm my left ear..
This is not letting me sleep for every four hours am awaking then if i apply zandu balm i'm getting temporary relief,
before a week i had headache so i started taking steam with turmeric within two days it was gone, now i'm facing problem with my neck.

You neck swelling and ear pain are part of pharyngitis. This can also be termed as upper respiratory tract infection. This infection seems to be bacterial since in addition to the other symptoms, you have fever as well.
So you can start the antibiotic Tablet. Augmentin (Amoxicillin with Clavulainc acid) 625 mg, two times after food, for 5 days. Please do complete the entire course of 5 days even if you get relief much before that.
Continue the othe medications as I have advised. In case if your symptoms still do not improve, you may get opnion of a local ENT specialist who can examine your throat and ear.
