I had unprotected cunnilingus with a prostitute on Set 14. On Friday 20 I had 2 puntiform hemorrahges at inferior labial mucosa 1 cm from the lip. Today I have 2 very small ulcers benneath the mehorrhages. What is it and what is the recommended treatment?

It could be the beginning of herpes labialis.
From the picture, only the haemorrhage is seen, however it could be the beginning of herpes labialis.
The best treatment for it would be to take anti viral medication valacyclovir. Since it would require your doctor's prescription, I would recommend that you visit your doctor.
