Hi,
Thanks for your consult at DoctorSpring.com
I have seen your attached images and list of medicines provided. Your doctor has provided you an apt prescription.
Had you been my patient, I would have prescribed you
Oral steroid like methylprednisolone 16 mg or prednisolone 20 mg in tapering doses over a period of month
Oral antioxidant and multivitamin supplement primarily coenzyme q or superoxide dismutase based
Potent topical steroid like mometasone cream twice in a day
tacrolimus 0.1% lotion twice in a day
methoxsalen lotion in 1 :10 dilution( dilute in spirit) to be applied over white spots and exposed to sun for two to three minutes. This is to be done on alternate days. After sun exposure wash the area with soap and water.
Your doctor has also prescribed steroid and methoxsalen lotion.
Vitiligo takes time to respond. Sometimes months to years old patientare required. If no response is seen, you may go with narrow band UVB therapy.
A healthy nutritious diet, regular exercise and avoiding stress has positive effect on treatment. There is no particular vitiligo diet so you need not eat any particular thing or avoid anything. Only medical treatment would help.
Hope this helped.
Take care
