White spots on penis on streching. HERPES?

Resolved question:
Hi there how are you?

I am consulting you today because I am a bit scared I was looking at my penis and I saw those white spots on my penis, is it herpes?

I can only see the white spots when I stretch my penis skin.

And I also need to pull up the skin situated on my acorn.

I am scared it is herpes I have been with my girlfriend for 3 years and a half I was her first boyfriend. I had some sexual relationschips before, like 4.

PS: After I pee my acorn is burning a bit

Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
As of now, I could appreciate a very tiny bump which does not look like herpes. Genital Herpes in most cases is accompanied by a cluster of sores and a rash.
Normally, fungal infections develop as white spots on the penis or penis head.
I will request you to apply Clotrimazole ointment twice daily on the white spots, for a week and let me know if it is getting better.
Hope this was helpful,
Regards.

I have a creme here it is called Daktacort creme, wich I used 2 days ago on my acorn because I was scared. Is this a good creme or I need Clotrimazole?

Expert:  Dr. Jaydeep Tripathy replied 3 Days.

Daktacort is a steroid, not required in this case.
Let us treat it as a fungal infection first.
You need to get Clotrimazole.
Regards.

Its hard for me to go to a doctor in the US it is very expensive.
Isn't there another cream I can use please?

Expert:  Dr. Jaydeep Tripathy replied 1 Day.

In that case, you can use Calamine which is available OTC and continue using the Dakacort.
Let me know in a week's time if there is any recovery.
Regards.
