Will sex cause IOP complication with eye pigment dispersion?

Resolved question:
Hi there,
Recently I was told that there's some pigment dispersion on my eyes but there hasn't been any increment for the past 1.5 years in the anterior chamber. My optic nerves are normal and my IOP are controlled with eye drops. Recent check up revealed eye pressure at 17mmhg. My diopter is at -4.0 and it has reduced by 0.25 past years. I'm 32 yrs old.

What are the prevelance of myopia at my age with prolong usage of computer and reading (as I do use computer at work and I love reading) and does this has any effect towards the pigment dispersion. My doctor has monitored me for 1.5 years and said no dispersion has been seen and he feels that it could be a one off occurrence. I'm just scared if my use of eyes for both activity might worsen the condition. All that I've read so far doesn't point to it but I'm just concerned. Also what about having sex with this condition, any potential IOP complications to worsen the condition?

Appreciate an eye specialist (glaucoma) response on it.

Dear Ashok,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
Pigment dispersion is a condition which can increase or may remain stable for life, i am never worried about pigment dispersion , its just that it can cause glaucoma if goes up to the angle, so need a gonioscopy every 6 months to keep monitoring. Last but not the least reading and computer work should not increase your state of myopia, especially at 32 years. Its only that screen works cause more dryness as blink rate goes down , so i advise a break post 25 min of regular screen work atleast for 5 min. This will ensure that the ey is not over burdened.
Feel free to discuss further,
