Can I play ice skating with FRACTURED CLAVICLE?

Resolved question:
Hi,
I fractured my clavicle 4 weeks ago this Sunday during an ice skating session. I am an ice hockey player and really want to return to my sport before the big competition on January 24th. I was wondering if you think I could play and if so what I could do to minimise any further damage (strapping). I wish to return this weekend. Thank you

Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
The fluid that you have been discharging for the past 4-5 years, is the pre cum, which is very different from semen. It is also known as the excitatory fluid, and it is normal for it to be secreted when someone has sexual thoughts. I would have been worried about an infection if the discharge was recent, but since it's been there for 4-5 years, and happens only during sexual thoughts it can't be anything else apart from pre ejaculatory fluid.
But why do you feel embarrassed while having sex? Is the volume too much? Are you able to orgasm properly?
Feel free to discuss further,
Regards.

hi, Thank you for your reply. I feel embarrased because the volume of the excretion is high. It keeps coming out till the semen comes out. I feel shy having sexual relationship with this problem. I'm not married yet. And also i'm not able to orgasm properly. Is there any solution for this?

Hello,
I need a few more details to analyse your problem. So have you had sexual encounters before? How long did you last in such scenarios?
How often do you masturbate? You said you're not able to orgasm properly. What exactly is the problem?
There are some methods like kegel exercises, where you work on your pelvic muscles, they help in both lengthening of penis, giving harder erections and also decrease pre cum secretion. You can watch the technique on youtube, but it basically goes like this : Next time when you're peeing, try to hold your pee. You will feel contraction of muscles in your lower abdomen, what you did to hold the pee, needs to be repeated for 15-20 minutes everyday. Gradually it will make the muscles strong, and help your penis growth and reduced pre cum.
If this does not help, you need to consult your local physician who can write a prescription for Finasteride. It helps in reducing pre cum, but should not be used for extended periods.
Feel free to discuss further,
Regards.

Hi, Yes i had sex before but not often. I used to undergo very rare. I do masturbate once in 15 days or a month. The pre-cum just excretes as I think of it or see some kind of porn. And it keeps coming. I feel uncomfortable when it does. And before i have sex my underpant becomes wet and sticky. I feel this seems to be a problem. I'll be marrying in a short time. Before that i wanted to solve this problem completely so that i'll not feel ashamed or embarrased while having sex after the marriage.
Should i hold the pee for 15-20 mins or Should i do it for 15-20 times?? I din't understand that properly.
Please suggest me a solution. Regards,

Hello,
Your masturbation frequency is very low.
Most people have this belief masturbation is harmful to health, while it's completely opposite. Masturbation in fact is very healthy, and should be done at least 2-3 times per week. It is a body's way of expressing sexual desire, it will reduce your pre cum secretion and also enhance healthy semen formation.
So you can masturbate 2-3 times per week till you get married.
Regarding kegel's repeat the process 2 times a day ( 15- 20 times the exercise has to be perfomed ).
This 2 measures will definitely help you reducing your pre-cum secretion.
Regards.
