Joint pain, no energy with low ANC in CBC.

Resolved question:
I just had a repeat CBC done after having some low values 6 months ago. The results are attached. My PCP says they are fine but I am concerned about the low ANC. I have some joint pain in my ankles, knees, and/or hips but not all the time. It come and goes. There is no swelling or redness. It feels like the whole ends of the bones are sore. I also don't have much energy. Most of the time I push through it but I don't want it to get worse. If it's nothing then I'd like that confirmed. Past lab results have mostly WNL except for the low ANC and neutrophil count. Thanks.

Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
An otherwise normal blood report but for a near normal or mildly low ANC is nothing to be of concern. Your symptoms may not be due to ANC. Kindly send me your complete present and past blood profile for better correlation and understanding.
Regards

I have an unremarkable medical history. No to all the boxes above. I had a spot of melanoma completely excised in 2001. I have a kidney stone 7mm in my right kidney that has posed no problems for me.

Dear,
There should not be any major concern seeing all your reports over years.
I would suggest you to do a bone marrow biopsy for studying your hematopoietic cells to make sure if any thing is missed. But this is OPTIONAL at this point of time.
Regards.
