You seem to have a case of intestinal spasm.

They usually occur if you have a bacterial infection of the gut. They might sometimes occur if you haven't taken food for a long time. These intestinal cramps usually don't respond to Tylenol(acetaminophen) .They sometimes occur if you have eaten stale mayonnaise or pre-cooked food like noodles.

These are my recommendations-

1) Take Tab.Dicyclomine 150 mg to reduce the spasms. They might cause substantial side effects like dry mouth and blurring of vision.

2) If you develop symptoms like fever or diarrhea, start oral antibiotic Tab. Ciplox and Tab ornidazole 500 mg. These drugs may cause change taste of food and very rarely photosensitivity.

3) Maintain a healthy diet and avoid precooked food like noodles and spaghetti. Drink lots of fluids.

If you have recurrent spasms in spite of the treatment, consult a gastroenterologist immediately.
