I have Adult ADHD, i was diagnosed when i was 17. I haven't had any medication since then because i turned 18 and now 19. Insurance is no longer available, I feel like i am just getting worse. I can not read one sentence without doing so five times before. I am a college student majoring in biology pre-med i want to be a pediatrician. My ADHD is starting to really be a problem in college and i want to know if there is any way I can fix this?

Also i have weak kindeys or something. If i do not drink enough water, or i drink anything like coffee or soda it burns when i pee. Then for 30 min to 2hrs after it will still burn. I had chlamydia and took pills at the womens center and it went away. I also have had bladder infections and kidney infections in the past. Therefore now i am so confused in what might be wrong with me. The issue is getting bad, now sometimes when the burning happens when i pee i can not control my blader. during the 30min to 2hrs i am feeling discomfort i am also leaking pee here and there. It is emberessing when i am at work or on campus. What should i do? I had a Cystoscopy at 17 and they said everything looked normal but i do not feel normal. what could this be? just weak kidneys?

Also i have stomach problems, i have found blood in my stool several times and i went to the hospital and i had a Esophagogastroduodenoscopy and a colonoscopy, they found a polyp the first time and removed it. the second time they found a infection and removed it. now i bleed again and i didn't say anything because i feel as if it's not helping. I do not have a bowel movement as i should, i do about every few days sometimes a week i have gone 2 weeks without doing it. When i do my stomach hurts really bad and i am constipated. Yet If i take laxitives all they do is make me go all day at all times. If i go running my stomach hurts as if someone is cutting my insides and i need to go use the toilet but i am there for a hour just in pain. therefore it is affecting my physical health too, and it use to affect my schooling because i would feel as if i had to go and i couldn't. I would go to the restroom almost all class period. Also gas, i have more gas than i use the toilet and with the anxiety i have it has brought me to having panic attacks in public. I do not know what could be wrong what should i do?

also one more thing you should know these stomach issues and anxiety did not start until i was 16 after my mom died that year. and my adhd did not become a huge noticeable issue until then aswell, the bladder and kidney issue however started 2 years before she died but could not really tell her much cuz she had colon cancer and was not arround much she had kimo. someone menyioned all this could be a way my body is taking it out,since i didn't morn much after she died. Although i don't think that could be the issue because this is physical health..... what should i do???????
