Are antibiotics enough for red rash with blood and no pain in anus?

Resolved Question:

I have had anal unprotected sex and after I have realized there was blood on the tip of my penis ( probably because of the piercing she has in her tongue ) . I had then a red rash where the blooding has occurred, and I have been to my doctor and he suspected syphilis but a blood test came back negative for everything, only the triglyceride count was to high and he recommended an antibiotic treatment, both cream to apply locally and pills. After the treatment is over, this is how it looks like, I am starting to be a little anxious about it..please note the two bright red blisters/rashes inside the foreskin bottom right..

I can understand your concern.
This seems to be genital herpes. It's caused by the human HSV(Herpes Simplex virus). It needs to be treated with anti-viral medication such as Acyclovir or Valacyclovir.You will need a prescription for this from your doctor. Treatment of the first outbreak is very important to reduce the degree and frequency of recurrences. So please consult your doctor and start the treatment at the earliest.
Application of topical antibiotic like mupirocin cream, twice daily will also aid in healing. This requires a prescription too.
