Best schedule Trileptal while pregnant

I am on Trileptal 600mg am 750mg pm. I am pregnant. I need to get off..What is the best withdrawal schedule to prevent withdrawal seizures...Please inform me for the best withdrawal strategy. I have done research in which I saw that you can withdrawal 150mg every three days..Is this the best way? Give me a daily schedule...Thanks...

The following schedule can be followed for withdrawal of tripleptal (oxcarbazepine).

600 mg AM- 600 mg PM for 5 days,
450 mg AM-600 mg PM for 5 days,
450 mg AM-450 mg PM for 5 days,
300 mg AM-450 mg PM for 5 days,
300 mg AM-300 mg PM for 5 days,
150 mg AM-300 mg PM for 5 days,
150 mg AM-150 mg PM for 5 days,
150 mg PM for 5 days, then stop.
