What started as a viral infection, seems to have progressed on to a superimposed bacterial infection and you need antibiotics for the same.
Please take the following medicines:
1) Cap. Augmentin 650 mg twice daily for a week, after food.
2) Tab. Levocetirizine once daily at bed time for 3 days.
3) Syp. Ascoril 2 teaspoons twice daily to reduce cough.
Once you take the course for a couple of days, you will feel a lot better.

Sir,
I have taken one dose as you prescribed. I am feeling relief in all complaints except headache and fever. My headache starts if I change the position of my head. Just to give you backgroud I also suffer from migraine headache sometimes. I have never taken medicines for migraine headache. But got it investigated few months back.
You can add Dolo 650 to the list of medicines I advised. Take it 2-3 times till the fever completly settles down.
