If maintaining your illness is so difficult in your country, then it would be advisable to shift to a smaller country for your illness. Suppose you shift to India for your illness, the cost of treatment and the cost of medicines will be very less and you can easily manage your illness.

I was just stating the fact that if you shift to a different country, the laws and the insurance systems won't be that stringent, and accessibility to health care will be slightly easier.
I completely emphathize with you, but i won't be able to give such information.
