Fever, stomach pain, heavy periods after sex. PREGNANCY?

Resolved Question:

Dear doctor, I had unprotected sex with my girl friend and after that she said her bottom stomach was paining alot. and then later after 2 days got stomach pain vomiting and fever then period on 3rd day. now it is 4th day still she has periods and its heavy. During sex no sperm has been produced as it didn't come out of me. Is that cause of pregnancy? I am afraid of that doctor. Please help me and give me your advice.

I understand your concern
As your girlfriend has period 4 th day after having sex there is no chance of pregnancy. However, reason for heavy bleeding needs to be investigated. A physical examination of her abdomen and ultrasonography is required to rule out cause of pain in stomach.
