hello doctor,i am ali m 21 years old patientold ...i have abdominal pain ...since a week...in morning i feel tummy ache n i feel to go to washroom..than i go and tummy pain be fine...but through out day i have abdominal pain...its some time lil some time a lot..than later i developed fever...it was like m releasing heat from inside...than waist aches too....i took a peracetamol and i have now fever released..n took scorpinal by which my stool stopped bt still have pain n its kinda heavy....n pain persists.!

I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you. As per your statement all your symptoms started one week ago. Abdominal pain, altered bowel habits and fever of a short duration most probably are due to a gut infection. You probably have infectious colitis. A stool test may be done for confirmation.
Take a BRAT diet (Banana, Rice and Apple sauce Toast). Drink enough fluids to remain well hydrated. Include yoghurt in your diet. If the stool test confirms infection you may have to take a course of anti-microbials in consult with your doctor.
