Grey spot in eyelid with movement. What is this?

Resolved Question:

I have had "movement" in my lower eyelid all day. After investigating my eye inside and out I found a small grey spot inside my eyelid I have uploaded a picture although you can only see the area of it and not a close up. What could this be? It doesn't look nor feel like a sty which I've had in the past. Infact I can't feel this grey lump/spot at all.

The part / spot you see is just your normal lacrimal gland , from where your tear production occurs , nothing to worry nor any medication to be given. It is just slightly more prominent, it does not need any intervention.
