Your wife seems to have acute bacterial Tonsillitis/tonsillopharyngitis. High intermittent fever is typical of it. This is caused by the bacterial infection of the tonsils. Azithral – 500mg is a good antibiotic targeting the bacteria causing it. Remember to take the medicine at same time everyday. You can take Dolo – 650 upto four times a day for the fever. If the fever is not coming down or the symptoms are increasing even after 36-48 hours from now, she might need stronger antibiotics as injection. Any abscess also needs to ruled out. A Betadine gargle (dilute and use in warm water) can be used twice daily for gargling. This is will help in reducing the symptoms (Do not swallow).

The blood tests show infection. She also appears to be bit anaemia due to low Iron (unrelated). I recommend an Iron tablet like Livogen for 1 month. (This can be taken once the infection is settles.)
