Hello there, I have been having a severe itching condition in my genitalia for a long time, I consulted a doctor and she said it was some kind of herpes, when I was young I also had skin break problems and they said it was a kind of hereditary herpes, now it has gotten worse and my scrotum skin itches so bad that I have to scratch it intensely and cause the skin to break and sores come on, I have been told to wash that area thoroughly and dry it regularly and I do it, I have an ointment that I use but it seems to not be making any difference, what is the problem??, help please, thanks
