Loss of libido and over masturbation

Resolved Question:

I have a flaccid penis due to over masturbation. It's been more than 1 year and still it has not been repaired.Over a year ago I did over masturbation and that caused a pain in penis and it went numb. I did not masturbate for couple of days but thinking it will go back to normal I didnt see doctor for 4 months. I have seen 3 different urologist in last 5 months but they don't see anything wrong in my penis. I have lost my sexual desire , I dont get erections and there is not sensitivity. I am not sure what to do now and how to solve the problem.
