Loss of sexual desire, erectile dysfunction after mental taruma.

Hello Doctor,

Am suffering from erectile dysfunction form last 1.5 year. Well before that I was going through a very good sex life. But from the day when I and my wife planned to have a child, I don’t know where all that desire have gone. Well only in that period I was looking for a job change and have gone through a mental trauma, I guess which existed for 2-3 month. I was diagnosed with Varicose in my Testis, I got it operated in BLK in May 2014. Now everything related to that part is fine.

Well now from last 6-7 months everything is settled, am having a good job and my wife has conceived to. But the biggest tension in my life as of now is erectile dysfunction and that desire part, I don’t understand where have that been vanished.

From last 1 year am going through a treatment from urologist, I am told that it’s something related to my Testosterone levels. Please find details of dates and related tests of mine for your ready reference. In last you can see my Free Testosterone levels are really very low 2.28 pg/ml.

Thanks for your prompt reply. As required by you please find my replies below:
1. Height : 5.9 Inch
2. Weight : 80 kg
3. Non Smoker and non alcoholic (very occasional once in a month)
4. I sleep at 12 AM at night and woke up around 8AM
5. Travel to my office takes 1 hour and working hours are from 10.30 till 7.30.(sat and sun off)
6. From last 3-4 months I have been going to gym on every weekend (saturday and sunday), I exercise for 1.5 hours each day.
7. vitamin b12 levels measures 351 pg/ml and vitamin D level measure 106.8 ng/ml on 16 Feb 2015.
8. Am a non vegetarian, i used to eat non veg in every 15 days.
8. Day back i got Total and free testestrone test done you can check in the sheet attached (free testosterone 2.28 pg/ml, its below normal male levels- 4.25 to 30.37) and total testestrone level of 523 pg/ml. Please find sheet attached for the history of test done, test include: FSH (Follicile Stimulating Harmone), LH: Luteining Hormone, Serum, Prolactin Serm, Thyroid, sugar, etc.
Further I would like to highlight, that like before am not having early morning erections. which I used to have before in the morning and any time in day.Now there are no such erections in a day, which I used to get earlier every alternative day.
Now days I feeling acute wekness in body, after 5.30 in office my vision just starts blurring up. Request your help.
