While using Nuvaring it is advisable to go through the instruction because if you follow them and use according to them then the chances of getting pregnant is less and protection is good.As different body has different hormones and can risk different levels ofveneral disease  that is why it is advisable to get yourself diagnosed as  early as possible. As if you use novaring and its insert is started then during the 5 days after the first day of your last menstrual cycle it is considered that you are protected form pregnancy after the use of one week.While you insert the Nuvaring on the first day then it is unnecessary to use any other way or anyother method to control birth.
