Reddish urine after IUI with PROGESTERONE. Conceived or period?

i had iui treatment, for past 20 days i had taken progesterone injection, i didnt get periods but while urinating i found reddish whether i got period or i am conceived ... i crossed my regular period date

The reddish spotting can mean anything.
It is not a reliable sign of pregnancy, and it does not indicate a period either.
Please go for a pregnancy test at the earliest, that will clearly show what is the case.

The medication could have caused an irregular period.
Also, you might be pregnant.
IUI can fail for a lot of reasons - blocked tubes, defective endometrium, poor semen quality, poor egg quality.
You need to have a complete workup to know the cause.
Also, you should please send me the complete details of your condition.
