There is nothing unusual for the semen to come out with urination or defecation if you are not regularly masturbating or sexually active.

Semen is being produced by body at all times and just as we excrete sweat, the same way body needs to get rid of the semen. Hence, nothing to worry and it just suggests that everything is functioning normally with yourself.
