Small red itchy spot on penis after intercourse.

Resolved Question:

I have a small itchy spot on penis. When it itches and I scratch the spot it then become red. I use condoms during sex. Thinking maybe because of friction during sex it appeared. I have no other symptoms just that little spot for last 7days. Looked like it was going away but had intercourse a day ago and it came back. I provided 2 pictures. Thank you

I can understand your concern.

It seems to be due to friction. There could be associated mild bacterial infection of the skin.

I would recommend application of mupirocin cream mixed with cortisone cream twice a day for a week.

That should help resolve the spots.
