Swollen, red penis with itching after first sex.

Hi! I am Mahesh from Hyderabad, age 29 years. Recently I married, and after first sexual intercourse with my wife my penile tip started itching and it became slightly swollen and red. Some type of white matter is also developing on it even though I wash my penis foreskin and penile tip. Thank you for sharing the images.
From the image it looks like yeast infection which can be transmitted sexually.
I will advise you to apply Clotrimazole ointment twice daily for 2 weeks and Mupirocin ointment twice daily for 2 weeks. This will resolve the lesion.
