Tremors, twitching, burning sensation with abnormal IgmP23 for LYME'S.

Resolved question:
Hi,

I have had troublesome symptoms for more than a year (tingling and burning sensations, dizziness, and most recently tremors and twitching.

Clean MRI's, nerve conduction, blood testing for heavy metals and vitamin deficiencies.

My lyme test revealed Igm P23 positive and Lyme disease Ab, Quant, Igm- .99 (out of normal range.) My doc said negative for lyme. Could he be wrong? What could Igm P23 mean it it's not related to lyme?

Thanks so much.

Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.

The causes of tingling is difficult to confirm, however, the usual causes include mechanical pressure on the nerve, a viral infection or vitamin deficiency.
Igm p23 is non specific. The report is negative for Lyme's Disease.
Feel free to discuss further,

Regards.
